Max plausible speed

Points implying faster travel are removed as GPS glitches.

Where to find .insgps files

When you record GPS data with the Insta360 app (using the GPS Dashboard feature), the app saves .insgps files to your phone's storage at:

Android: Android/data/com.arashivision.insta360akiko/files/Insta360/phone_gps/
iOS: Use the Insta360 app's file export, or browse the app's Documents folder via Files.

The filename (e.g. 1770835811829.insgps) is the Unix timestamp in milliseconds of when the recording started.
